The staff and owner were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! The rooms were immaculate and the modern, spacious bathrooms were a pleasant surprise. The convenient location at the entry to the town was a relief after a long walk, and the owner even gave us a ride. Although there was a language barrier, the staff member Lucia was warm and competent, ensuring all our needs were met. The nearby restaurant and comfortable, sizeable rooms made for a truly enjoyable experience.

thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel, thanks a lot. we stayed in a brand-new room that had central heating, a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and a dining area. location: the property was adjacent to centre as well as restaurants and groceries. had tea and goodies at cafe bar manolo, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.

We loved our stay at this charming pension on the Camino! The high-end furnishings and bathroom amenities were top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The convenient location right on the Camino made it easy to continue our journey, and the caring and accommodating host, Luis, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Luís repeatedly went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our time there.

our recent stay in arzua was incredible, but la puerta was the cherry on top. Luis, the owner, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from helping with translations to driving us to town. the hotel was spotless, spacious, and the bed was heavenly comfortable. highly recommended.

We had a great stay at La Puerta De Arzua. The hotel team was extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, spotless, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, close to restaurants and the town center of Arzua. We also enjoyed visiting Cafe Bar Manolo, which is just a mile away from the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I recently stayed at La Puerta De in Arzua for a few nights during my Camino journey. Luis, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. He was incredibly kind and accommodating, even going as far as arranging for my missing backpack to be delivered and driving me to pick it up. The rooms were spotless and spacious, with a comfortable bed and hot shower. The hotel's location right on the Camino was convenient, and the staff, including Luis's English-speaking assistant, were lovely. I truly felt well taken care of during my stay.
